In my last post I said I would be posting the swaps I recently did. Here is my page I did for the Twilight movie quote. I will post the 5 pages I get back from the swap. Hope everyone likes my page I did. My movie scene and quote are from the first movie, the dancing scene from prom. We had to do a 2-sided 6x6 page.

2015 Christmas Cards
Hi Crafters, I wanted to share this year's Christmas cards I made. Each year I like to come up for 4 designs to make and sell. I made 350 of these cards which took me about a month. There was some major mass producing going on. I even recruited my sister to help me while I was visiting her over Thanksgiving. She was a big help with the "Happy Holidays" card. When I'm thinking about the layout of a card, I know I want it to be quick to mass produce, but still look nice. So when I made just one of these cards, I thought these were simple and would be quick to mass produce, especially the " Happy Holidays" one. Wrong!!...HAHA The only one that was quick, was the snowman card. This card was made using this Stampin Up stamp set. I got the idea from Stampin Up, but added my twist. The others had too many steps. So my advice crafters, is when you want to mass produce cards, think twice what you may think that would be quick to make. Once I got my...
Hi Everyone, I went to an indoor rummage sale yesterday and was on a hunt for glass pieces to glue together to use for my crafting embellishments. I would see vids on YT on other crafters and they would be talking about their candy stations and I didn't know what they were talking about. So I looked up some vids and saw that a crafter's "Candy Station" was pretty containers holding embellishments placed on together in an area. Which I think is a great idea if you have the space. I have a lot of embellishments packed away, I forget what I have. So I am in the process of creating my own calorie free Candy Station. Oh I might sneak a bowl of chocolate in there, after all what's crafting without a little chocolate! I thought I can make mine own. So I dug through old boxes of things I got from grandmother and found old glassware. The 2nd photo is what I bought for a 1.00 at the rummage sale.
OMG! I love it! I really feel like mine dont look as good as everyone elses. I am very new to things like this and didnt know what to do so I just created something I liked. But wow oh wow. I love it!

Thanks Michelle, I'm sure your page is a "WOW" too. I think we tend to be too critical of our own work. At least I am, I'm always worried if everyone will like it.
DeleteHi Joanie, Your page is beautiful! I'm in the same swap too--I hope I get one of your pages! :-) Have a great weekend!
